Event Description:
Windfest Retail Market Vendors

All booths will receive four (4) 3-Day Vendor Passes to enter the Windfest grounds
and two (2) 3-Day Vendor Parking Passes.
All additional entries MUST pay regular gate fees.
Parking Passes are ONLY valid in Vendor Parking designated areas.
This will be strictly enforced.

Friday, March 31, 2023    5 PM - 11PM
Saturday, April 1, 2023    11 AM - 11PM
Sunday, April 2, 2022      12 Noon - 6 PM**
 
All Vendors must stay open all days of festival during times of vendor hours. **Vendors will not be allowed to drive on festival grounds at close of festival until all guests have left the festival grounds for safety.  Do not attempt to drive on festival grounds until a Windfest representative opens gates and gives the clearance to do so.


Be aware that the festival goes on RAIN or SHINE.  Windfest is an outdoor festival and is subject to conditions of weather or other acts of God.
No Refunds or Cancellations due to weather.
 
**The Portland Chamber of Commerce or Windfest will not assume any responsibility for merchandise and/or displays.
Fees/Admission:
ALL VENDORS WILL BE INSIDE THE COMMUNITY CENTER

10 x 10 space - $250
(Provided by Windfest) If you go further than 2ft
behind or in front of your booth, you MUST
purchase additional space.

Electricity - $50
(You must provide your own extension cord)
