Or\, you can purchase a tree for a family in need and the tree\, ornaments\, and any gifts on the tree will go to that family. \n\nLet your imagination and creativity run wild by creating a special tree. Trees make use of great themes such as\; tool trees\, Starbucks trees\, gift card trees\, pet-supply trees\, camping\, fishing and/or hunting trees\, shoe trees\, shopping trees\, nautical d cor trees\, perhaps just a single special item attached like and iPad or something similar and the rest themed ornaments\, the sky is the limit.\n\n\n\nAt the fist Old Town Christmas Tree Lane hosted by the Portland Chamber of Commerce\, we will sell artificial Christmas Trees that have been decorated in an assortment of styles by individuals\, families and local businesses. We would love your support by purchasing a tree. If you would be interested in decorating one\, please note the following ways you or your business would receive advertisement and promotion.\n\n\n	Signage will be posted by the tree with your name or business name as contributor\n	You or your business will be acknowledged in the program\n	You are encouraged to display your business card or coupons by your tree. (Please limit size to less than 3 1/2  x 3 1/2)\n\nGUIDELINES FOR THE CHRISTMAS TREE LANE ARE AS FOLLOWS:\n\n1.      Though trees are preferred\, other items that creatively substitute for a tree will gladly be accepted (i.e. wreaths\, baskets\, etc.)\n\n\n	The value of the donation should be a minimum of $150.00. If the decorations are a minimal cost\, gifts can be placed under the tree (i.e. gift certificates\, toys\, etc.) to bring the value of the donation up. \n	NO alcohol included with your tree. However\, you may include gift certificates from liquor stores. \n\nProceeds will benefit the Shop With A Cop program.
